Thank you for choosing Speak Bilingual LLC (hereafter referred to as "Speak Bilingual") for your language learning needs. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase:
1. General Terms
* Course Description: The content provided in the 'Speak Bilingual' courses includes pre-recorded video lessons in Modern Standard Persian as spoken in Iran, accompanied by workbooks, and extra readings. Explanatory sections such as introductions and grammar explanations are provided in English.
* Final Purchase: All course purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or credits given once a purchase is made.
2. Pricing and Payments
* Currency and Transaction Fees: All prices are listed in US dollars. Speak Bilingual is not responsible for any currency exchange or transaction fees charged by the purchaser's financial institution, including international transaction fees. Course pricing will not be adjusted for exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Access and Usage
* Browser Compatibility: For the best experience and full functionality of our online courses, we recommend using Google Chrome. Our courses are designed to work with other major internet browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari. However, optimal performance is guaranteed only when using Google Chrome.
* Course Access: Purchasers must provide a valid email address to receive course access links. Speak Bilingual is not liable for issues related to email delivery or receipt. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure emails do not go to the spam folder.
* Personal Use: Access to the course is strictly limited to the purchaser under the name registered with Speak Bilingual. The course content, including videos and materials, cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to any other individual or entity.
* Time Access Period: The course provides 365 days of access, beginning on the date of purchase and including the purchase day itself—regardless of the calendar month or year. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to track the start and end dates of their access period.
4. Intellectual Property
* Content Ownership: All course materials, including videos, workbooks, tests, and additional readings, are the exclusive property of Speak Bilingual. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials, including recording or capturing content and printing is illegal and strictly prohibited.
* Non-Downloadable Content: All course videos, materials, workbooks, and quizzes are copyrighted and not downloadable. The purchaser is granted online access to these resources only during the 365-day access period. Any attempt to download, copy, or reproduce the content in any form is strictly prohibited.
5. Course Modifications
* Updates and Changes: Speak Bilingual reserves the right to modify, add, or remove content from any course at any time, even after purchase. These changes may include updates to video content, text, and other course materials. No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to such modifications.
6. Downtime and System Requirements
* Service Interruptions: While Speak Bilingual strives to ensure continuous access to its courses, interruptions for maintenance or other downtime are possible. No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.
* System Requirements: The purchaser is responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and meet the system requirements necessary for accessing the course. Speak Bilingual is not responsible for issues related to internet connectivity or device compatibility.
7. Restricted Transactions
* No Agents or Third-Party Sales: Speak Bilingual does not authorize any agents or brokers for course sales. Purchases made through unauthorized channels are considered void and illegal.
8. Non-Transferability
* Fixed Course Allocation: Once a purchaser has selected a course and completed the transaction, the payment cannot be transferred to another course or refunded, regardless of course usage.
9. No Guarantees
* No Promised Outcome: Speak Bilingual does not guarantee or promise that the purchaser will pass any test, language course, job requirement evaluation, or job performance due to taking this language course.
* No Certification: Speak Bilingual does not issue any kind of certificate as the result of purchasing or finishing this language course.
10. No Automatic Renewals
* Manual Renewal Required: Speak Bilingual does not offer automatic renewal for any purchased courses. Upon completion of or after the access period ends, the purchaser must manually conduct a new transaction to repeat the course or to purchase another course.
11. Agreement to Terms
* Acknowledgment: By purchasing a course from Speak Bilingual, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, which form a binding legal agreement. Non-compliance with these terms may result in losing access to the course without a refund.
12. Modifications of Terms
* Right to Update: Speak Bilingual reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions on our website to stay informed of any updates.
